**Responsibilities**
- Management of staging inventory
- Purchasing and maintenance of staging items
- Consultations with clients to advise of staging procedure
- Working with clients to ensure they execute the advice provided from the staging consultation
- Selecting and packing staging items for homes
- Staging upcoming listings
- Ensuring active listings are presented favourably throughout time on market (staging, lights, etc.)
- Collection of staging inventory from sold listings
- Delivering and ensuring adequate inventory of feature sheets at active listings
- Sign installation and removal
- Lockbox installation and removal
- Assistance with planning and executing client events
- Assembly and delivery of client pop-by gifts
- Various travel across Niagara Region
- Shopping for client gifts and supplies
- Various office administrative support
- Assisting with other administrative functions of Team

**Required Education, Skills and Qualifications**
- Bondable
- Post-secondary education
- Proficient with Microsoft Office including Outlook, spreadsheet/data entry, drafting letters, etc.
- Proficient with Apple products including iPhones and Macs
- Must be flexible with time and willing to work evenings and weekends
- Reliable vehicle, valid G driver’s license and appropriate insurance
- Background and/or certification in home staging is an asset but training is provided

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
