Roofmart, a major Canadian distributor of residential, commercial Roofing and Siding products, requires a Recruiter to join our organization on a contract position. With over 50 Roofmart locations across Canada, we are strategically positioned to handle all our customer needs.
We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, creative Recruiter, to assist in the growth and development of our organization. We are looking for someone who is driven to succeed, self-motivated, flexible, resourceful, perceptive, organized, thinks outside of the box, and who can adapt and thrive in a demanding environment. Must demonstrate professionalism, and sound judgment at all times. Must be able to multitask, prioritize, analyze, and make sound recommendations understanding the long term implications. Must be a critical thinker, a strong problem solver, and able to handle highly confidential information. Must have excellent listening and interpersonal skills and have the ability to build relationships very quickly.

Qualifications:

- College Diploma or University Degree in Human Resources or another relevant field
- Minimum 1 year of Recruiting Experience
- Knowledgeable in social media for business and recruiting (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc )
