Position Summary
All activities of daily living done by Personal Support Worker for the patient, and one to one observation if needed at the bedside.

**Qualifications**:
Personal Support Worker certificate
BCLS certification required
First Aid Certification required
Completion of Gentle Persuasive Approach (GPA) training preferred
Minimum two (2) to three (3) years work experience in last five (5) years in a hospital, long term care facility or residential home preferred

As a condition of employment, you are required to submit proof of COVID-19 vaccination to the Hospital's Occupational Health and Safety department.
