Madero has an opening in the Saskatoon manufacturing location for the right individual to join our team.

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for the daily operations of the facility. This role is crucial to meet productivity targets and maintain customer satisfaction. This individual will ensure efficient processes and procedures are followed. Your attention to detail and leadership skills will create a safe and organized warehouse environment.

**What will you be doing?**
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement.
- Oversee and coordinate all warehouse activities.
- Assign duties and responsibilities to warehouse workers.
- Oversee the receiving, storage and delivery of items.
- Ensure items are stored properly and systems are well organized.
- Regularly review warehouse processes to improve efficiency.
- Monitoring and enforcing compliance with safety regulations to ensure the safety of all warehouse employees.
- Train, mentor and provide feedback to warehouse staff in order to cultivate their skills and expertise.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain cleanliness, organization and compliance with quality standards.
- Manage and resolve and warehouse related issues or conflicts that may arise.
- Prepare and analyze reports on warehouse operations including productivity, inventory levels, and shipping and receiving accuracy.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and guidelines for warehouse operations, including proper handling of materials and equipment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other warehouse team members to achieve daily production targets and ensure efficient warehouse operations
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in warehouse management systems an other relevant software.
- Sound knowledge of warehouse operations, including receiving, storing and shipping procedures.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices to maintain a safe working environment.
- Able to proficiently operate a forklift.
- Knowledge of basic material handling equipment and procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
- Work well in supporting a team-based environment.

Pay: $23.50-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

**Education**:

- Secondary School (required)

**Experience**:

- Warehouse: 3 years (preferred)
