**As a Manager, Utilization (Resource Management) your responsibilities will include**:

- Primarily focus on Audit scheduling in Atlantic Canada
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with Service Line Leaders
- Act as a change agent, fostering a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement within the team and the organization
- Work closely with the firm’s manager group to understand the skills of colleagues in the offices, ensure even utilization, and resolve conflicts
- Collaborate with other National and regional teams to establish best practices and solve problems
- Provide guidance and feedback to more junior colleagues
- Support newly integrated firms, working with the team to onboard them
- Assist in the creation and delivery of presentations both virtually and in-person
- Daily scheduling and monitoring D365 schedule boards as well as long range planning and assessing backlog of work, projecting, and planning contingencies for too little or too much work

- Completed post-secondary education (university degree and/or college diploma)
- Minimum 5 years professional experience
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 considered an asset
- Agile in the face of change and proven problem-solver with solid analytical skills
- Articulate, inspiring and versatile communicator (verbal and written)
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to establish and develop meaningful relationships and earn the trust and confidence of colleagues at all levels, influence decision-makers, and lead change
- Strong people management and leadership skills, especially in the areas of coaching and development of team members and project management
- Self-motivated, results-oriented multi-tasker who works equally well independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products and ability to learn new software quickly
