**We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative with a background in phone-based sales. This role involves making outbound calls to businesses, building relationships, and driving sales for our products and services. We are looking for someone with strong phone sales skills and the ability to excel in a competitive environment. The key responsibilities and how you will make an impact**:

- Conduct outbound sales calls to businesses, presenting our products and services in a professional and persuasive manner.
- Proactively cold-call all prospects and identify qualified leads; acquire information regarding their needs and insight into their buying behaviours.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-ups and excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Provide regular reports to management and make recommendations on improvements to prospecting and growing qualified leads.
- Achieve monthly quotas for closed business.
- Experience in high-volume cold-calling, prospecting, appointment setting, and nurturing customer success.
- Strong project and process management skills to develop and continuously improve call scripts and take customer notes
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections from potential customers.
- Experience working with CRM software and technical skills to enter data and update notes and lookup client information in databases.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Experience in sales of any kind is an asset

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
