**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions tailored to individual student needs.
- Develop customized lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational standards.
- Communicate effectively with students to explain concepts clearly and encourage questions.
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as necessary to ensure comprehension.
- Create a supportive and engaging classroom atmosphere that motivates students to learn.
- Collaborate with parents and educators to discuss student performance and areas for improvement.
- Utilize various teaching methods and resources to enhance the learning experience.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in tutoring or teaching is preferred, particularly with children.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information.
- Familiarity with classroom dynamics and educational practices is beneficial.
- A passion for education and a desire to inspire students to reach their full potential.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods based on individual learning styles and needs.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $16.55-$47.90 per hour

Expected hours: 2 - 10 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- teaching: 1 year (preferred)
