Reporting to the Director, Supply Chain Strategy and Continuous Improvement, the Analyst Strategy and Continuous Improvement - Supply Chain will execute projects within the supply chain strategy portfolio to improve processes relative to warehousing and transportation of goods, production planning, inventory management and procurement.

The Analyst Strategy and Continuous Improvement - Supply Chain will be responsible for collecting relevant data, producing analysis and implementing changes in accordance with the overall organizational and supply chain strategy.

**Key activities**:

- Collect data from different sources (field and systems).
- Analyze and aggregate data to support recommendations regarding the actions to be taken and the overall execution plan.
- Support project implementation through all phases of deployment.
- Support end users by acting as a solution expert for newly rolled out solutions.
- Prepare documentation for communication and training purposes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders within and outside the organization.

**Required training and experience**:

- BAC in industrial engineering, supply chain management, logistics, business management or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supply chain role or related position.
- Ability to use data science and analytics tools (i.e. Alteryx).
- Bilingualism French/English (essential: frequent exchanges with unilingual English or French colleagues, clients and suppliers in Canada and abroad).

**Specifics of the position**:

- Must be available to travel to production and warehousing sites in Canada and the USA as per required for ongoing projects (up to 25% of time).
