Nde Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
Streamline Inspection Ltd. is seeking certified NDE Assistants based in the Fort Saskatchewan or Edmonton area to collaborate with our certified NDE Technicians travelling to and from sites to perform inspections throughout Canada.

This position will also assist at our office location in Fort Saskatchewan with various tasks as required.

Applicants must be based out of the Edmonton or Fort Saskatchewan area.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Support NDE Technicians in performing testing and calibrations to verify compliance with applicable codes and standards.
- Configure, calibrate, and operate non-destructive testing (NDT) equipment.
- Document inspection results accurately and maintain records.
- Work with Fort Saskatchewan office managers and employees on various tasks.
- Execute assigned job-related duties as directed by management.

**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**:

- NDT Foundations Certificate or equivalent training.
- High school diploma or GED equivalency.
- Current First Aid, H2S Alive, Confined Space Entry/Resuce, Fall Protection and Common Safety Orientation (CSO) Certifications.
- NDE certifications, or working towards certification is an asset.
- Valid drivers' license and clean driving record.
- Detail oriented and well organized with excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to travel with ability to work long hours on the road.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as part of a team, as well as independently.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft suite.
