**Job Description**:

- Responsible for reviewing the chain of custody form to determine if there are any correctable errors that may require corrective action and responsible for data entry transposing of the information.
- LIMS logging in/data entry directly from COC forms and internal data forms
- Responsible for reviewing and entering laboratory test results and ensure that they are consistent with the information contained on the custody and control form.
- Additional tasks as required

**Qualifications**:

- Able to cope with the high paced work environment;
- Exceptional interpersonal skills;
- Must be a self-starter and self-directed, a higher level of initiative required;
- Organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks;
- Must be adaptable to new and changing situations and priorities;
- Must be familiar with operating systems such as Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word.

Additional Information
- Job Type: 6 month Part-Time Contract (with potential of becoming a permanent position)
- Schedule:Monday to Friday (12-4pm)
- Onsite position (at the office)
