This position requires alternate weekends, plus Thursday and Friday evenings.

Some of the qualities we would like to see in an applicant include the following.
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry + BBQ and grille.
- Ability to maintain a happy, fun and positive customer experience.
- Self-motivated and able to act independently to solve problems as they occur, with mínimal oversight, excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and a strong work ethic.
- Promote our wines and offer our guests an extraordinary experience of customer service in a warm and fun atmosphere.
- Good with computers. Part of the fun involves filling online orders for shipping and pickup.
- Maintain a professional, clean tasting room including compliance with AGCO guidelines for serving and selling alcohol.
- Our winery is sparkling clean, where nothing is out of place. You will be required to help maintain our standards with your co-workers.

Because this position could evolve to something greater, some of the additional competencies that would be helpful include:

- Good with computers. You know how folders work, and of course are good with all of the usual programs for documents and spreadsheets.
- Manage and grow our mailing list accounts with consistent messaging that follows each brand’s story board.
- Experience with digital marketing including the implementation and management of digital marketing campaigns and working with outside service providers.

- Smart Serve (preferred)
