As a Wash Bay Technician, you play a vital role in delivering strong, dependable, and attractive truck guards to the hardworking professionals in the transportation industry. Your precision and commitment to safety ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality.

**What You’ll Do**:

- **Weld-Clean and Wash**: Prepare truck guards by cleaning welds with specialized solutions and removing polish residue to ensure a flawless finish.
- **Dry and Stage Products**: Thoroughly dry guards and organize them for the next steps in production.
- **Document and Report**: Accurately complete production records and provide feedback to improve processes and product quality.
- **Quality Control**: Follow established procedures, report non-conformances, and assist in resolving quality issues.
- **Safety and Organization**: Maintain a clean, organized work area and adhere to all safety protocols.

- Ability to follow standard operating procedures consistently.
