**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Assemble and install furniture according to manufacturer specifications and client requirements.
- Ensure all furniture is securely assembled and meets quality standards before leaving the job site.
- Transport furniture to installation sites while ensuring safe handling and protection from damage.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service during installations.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the installation process and provide solutions as needed.
- Maintain an organized work area and ensure all tools and equipment are properly cared for.
- Adhere to safety protocols while working on-site to ensure a safe working environment.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in furniture assembly or installation is preferred but not required.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks associated with furniture installation.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- A valid driver’s license is preferred for transportation of furniture to job sites.
- Flexibility in scheduling, including availability for occasional weekend work if needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Freelance

Pay: $18.50-$25.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- On call
- Weekends as needed

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Class G Licence (preferred)
- Working at Heights Certificate (preferred)
- WHMIS Certification (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 100% (preferred)

Work Location: On the road

Expected start date: 2025-07-01
