We’re currently seeking a **Centre Manager** who is passionate about education, organized in operations, and confident in building strong relationships with parents, students, and staff.

**Position Overview**:
The Centre Manager plays a key leadership role in the day-to-day operations of our tutoring centre. You’ll oversee scheduling, staff support, student success tracking, and parent communication—all while maintaining the warm, high-achieving culture we’re known for.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Team Leadership & Support**:

- Support tutors with lesson delivery, resources, and real-time feedback
- Maintain a positive, accountable teaching environment
- Lead onboarding and training of new staff members
- **Student Progress & Engagement**:

- Ensure each student has a tailored learning plan and is progressing toward academic goals
- Monitor quality of instruction and student engagement during sessions
- Step in as needed to assist with classroom management or lesson troubleshooting
- **Client Communication & Retention**:

- Serve as the first point of contact for parent questions, updates, and concerns
- Proactively follow up on absences, scheduling, and program recommendations
- Build strong relationships with families to promote long-term enrolment
- **Scheduling & Operations**:

- Manage tutor schedules to ensure coverage and consistency
- Maintain accurate student records, session logs, and payment statuses
- Collaborate with the Director to support centre-wide initiatives

**Qualifications**:

- Strong background in education, child development, or customer-focused leadership
- Experience in a team management or administrative role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, self-directed, and solution-oriented
- Comfortable using scheduling software, spreadsheets, and cloud-based tools
- Previous experience in a tutoring or education centre is an asset
