**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct repairs and maintenance for residential properties, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general handyman services.
- Diagnose issues and recommend solutions to clients.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Manage time efficiently to complete multiple tasks in a timely manner.
- Quoting jobs before performing the work.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of basic repair and maintenance tasks.
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
- Certification in relevant trades is a plus.
