**JOB TYPES**:
Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $48,800.00 to $67,000 per year (to be negotiated)

Monday to Friday and on-call

**DUTIES**
- Understanding and knowledge of how to diagnose issues with all types of HVAC equipment and fireplaces.
- Perform planned maintenance, regular servicing, and repairs.
- Keep accurate records and provide reports electronically to the administration
- Maintain all required licenses and paperwork
- Follow all health and safety protocols, including COVID protocols
- Attend team meetings

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- G2 or G3 gas fitter license (required)
- 313D - Residential Air Conditioning Systems Mechanic (Bonus)
- Valid Driver’s License (required)
- At least 2 years residential service experience

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Able to work with mínimal supervision and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills
- Provides technical direction of HVAC service workers.
- Knowledge of repair & maintenance techniques.
- Skill in analyzing HVAC or fireplace performance and test equipment readings and determining appropriate repairs.
- A team player who is motivated
- Customer service skills
- Proven strong multi-tasking skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- Very punctual and reliable
- Ability to handle a physical workload
- Must provide own hand tools and proper safety boots.
- Clear communication skills are a must, both written and verbal
- Knowledge and understanding of Apple products. (Bonus)
