**Responsibilities**:

- Install and ensure all equipment is in good working order
- Deliver, remove, and move all company equipment as per schedule
- Complete fully and accurately all necessary paperwork and utilize technology as required
- Offer 1st class customer service
- Out of town/overnight stays will be required as scheduled
- Responsible for equipment and department housekeeping
- Identifies safe operating conditions and practices, communicates safety concerns to supervisor
- Responsible for achieving performance targets

Qualifications:

- Strong organizational skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Excellent work and performance history including attendance
- Bilingual speaking (French/English) an asset
- Able to work shift work as scheduled

**General Requirements**:

- Have working knowledge of Vendors and Coolers
- Tech Savvy(Ipad)
- Demonstrate initiative
- Reliable and flexible
- Ability to diagnose and resolve problems and effectively plan to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Capable of working as a team and with mínimal supervision.
- Be presentable and professional at all times.
- Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships.
- Overnight stays within the province of Nova Scotia
