Employee Type: Full Time Schedule: Monday - Friday Job Category: Client Service and Sales Location: Squamish Branch **Key responsibilities of this role are**: - Process transactional needs of clients including cash transactions, deposits, withdrawals, loan/bill payments, cheque cashing/ordering, foreign currency, fund transfers, drafts, official cheques, and personal information updates on accounts. - Initiate conversations with clients to proactively identify their financial needs. - Enthusiastically sell BlueShore Financial products and services or refer clients with more complex requirements to specialized branch staff. **Qualifications and Experience** - 1-2 years of customer service and cash experience (sales experience preferred). - Some post-secondary education preferred. **Pay Transparency** Pay transparency is an important characteristic of our recruitment process and overall BlueShore culture which supports a diverse, equitable and inclusive workforce. This role is on a salary step program that provides timely recognition of skill development at important intervals. Salaries on this program are reviewed quarterly to reflect progress made.
