Epoxy Floor Installer

Winnipeg, Canada Shiny Boys Coatings Full time

We’re looking for a hardworking and skilled labourer to assist with the installation of epoxy floor systems for residential, commercial, and industrial projects around Winnipeg. This is a short-term contract position with potential for ongoing work for the right person.

**Responsibilities**:

- Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
- Operate diamond grinders and surface prep equipment
- Assist with setup, cleanup, and material handling as required

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in construction, flooring, or general trades is an asset
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in quality workmanship
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites around Winnipeg
- Comfortable working as an independent contractor (paid by invoice)

Compensation:

- Competitive hourly or day rate based on experience
- Paid by contract / invoice (not payroll employment)
