The role of the Team Lead, Credit is to lead and oversee a team of Credit Solutions Associates and Senior Credit Solutions Associates. Key responsibilities include end-to-end credit management for Growth Commercial Banking clients within their respective region. Additionally, the incumbent is responsible for overseeing the credit underwriting process, ensuring timely and accurate credit assessments, and supporting the Sales team in achieving their targets. This role requires strong coaching and leadership skills, a deep understanding of credit risk and controls, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders; ensuring business strategies, plans and initiatives are executed/delivered in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures.
