**Duties**
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages with precision and care, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform cash handling duties with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Greet customers warmly, take their orders, answer questions about menu items, and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the café area, including food preparation and food handling tasks.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality.
- Assist with food preparation and serving snacks or light meals as needed to enhance customer experience.

**Skills**
- Proven experience as a barista or in food service roles within cafés or retail environments.
- Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient sales processing.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude that fosters customer loyalty.
- Effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks smoothly during peak hours.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and transaction accuracy.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also demonstrating independence when needed.
