**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Baker to join and lead our team to prepare our products to the highest standards. This position requires a passion for food, attention to detail, and a commitment to following Alberta Health food safety standards.

**Responsibilities**
- You will come in early for preparation of breads and baked goods
- You will be packing and displaying finished products
- You will prepare and decorate pastries
- You must maintain a clean work area
- Maintain Alberta Health standards
- Good communication with all other staff

**Experience**
- At least 5 years experience
- Extensive work in bakeries and/or restaurants
- Previous work with Baxter ovens
- Previous work making breads and pastries
- Previous work using Combi or Conversation ovens
- Been team lead or head of projects as you will be head baker here

Pay: $15.00-$19.16 per hour
