**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Assist with food preparation tasks, including washing, chopping, and measuring ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen by washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
- Ensure all food handling and safety guidelines are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
- Support chefs and cooks during meal service by preparing ingredients and assisting with cooking as needed.
- Help with inventory management by restocking supplies and keeping track of food items.
- Participate in cleaning duties after service, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing work areas.
- Assist in serving food to guests when required, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
**Skills**
- Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong cleaning skills to maintain a hygienic kitchen environment.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods.
- Familiarity with food handling safety regulations is a plus.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Experience in hospitality or hotel settings is advantageous but not required.
