**Job Description**:
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- (Estimated 40 %) Helpdesk, equipment, system, and incident support: Provide support to users as part of IT team to resolve issues and procure/maintain new devices in line with company policies.
- (Estimated 30%) System operations: Perform regular system operations and monitoring in line with established procedures.
- (Estimated 30%) Project support: Participate to projects as required by IT management.

**Duties**:
Ensure all job functions are performed in accordance with the Guillevin Standard Practice Instruction (SPI) Manual:

- In particular, respect all company IT security policies.
- Behave in an ethical and professional manner reflecting the values of the Company.

System operations:

- Review regular system logs and health (daily/monthly or other frequency) to identify any issue that needs to be remedied or reported to expert system support.
- Perform required regular system operations (daily/monthly or other frequency) as part of the IT team, coordinating schedule with other team members.
- On call support as defined by team schedule.
- Relay security alerts to security team according to defined escalation procedures.

Helpdesk support:

- Answer IT helpdesk calls as part of the IT helpdesk team and perform level 1 and level 2 support.
- Hardware and software installation for users.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service while respecting company policies.

Asset/configuration tracking:

- Update asset/configuration information when changes occur (new equipment, equipment transfer and disposal).
- Regularly review asset/configuration information for accuracy.
- Track equipment purchases and deliveries.

IT Incident Management and support:

- Record system unavailability in line with departmental/company policies
- Participate to incident investigation/resolution/follow-up actions as defined by management.

Account management:

- Account creation/review/deletion on company systems as defined by MIS management.
- Participate in account reviews on different systems.

Project & operational support:

- Participate in planning and coordination activities for IT projects.
- Support key company activities as indicated by management. This includes IT support for physical and cyclical inventories, office moves, strategic initiatives, etc.

Stay current in your profession and enroll in continuing education focused on IT technologies used in the company.
Performs any other duties as required by management.
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:

- Dynamic, has a sense of urgency and priorities.
- Minimum 1-year relevant experience in a user IT support role.
- Recognized college or university degree in information technology or related field

Good experience in:

- Installation of computers and printers
- Ability to take ongoing training courses to stay current with company systems and the latest technologies.

Assets:

- Using and debugging Windows 10, Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Teams and OneDrive.
- Lenovo computers.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure
