Curry Chevrolet Buick GMC Ltd. in Halliburton, ON is seeking an experienced and driven Service Manager to lead our Service Department. This is a key leadership role for someone who is passionate about customer satisfaction, team development, and operational excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee the daily operations of the Service Department
- Lead, coach, and support Service Advisors, Technicians, and support staff
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and CSI performance
- Manage service workflow, scheduling, and department efficiency
- Monitor and improve productivity, profitability, and departmental KPIs
- Handle customer concerns and escalations professionally and effectively
- Ensure compliance with GM standards, warranty policies, and dealership procedures
- Work closely with Parts, Sales, and Management to support dealership goals

**What We’re Looking For**
- Previous Service Manager or Assistant Service Manager experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to drive performance and motivate a team
- Solid understanding of fixed operations, KPIs, and service department processes
- Experience with GM warranty, systems, and procedures is an asset
- Professional, customer-first mindset
- Valid driver’s license
