**About the Role**:
We are currently seeking a dynamic **Business Systems Project Manager - Supply Chain and Logistics** to lead key initiatives at the intersection of logistics operations and information technology. Reporting to the **Director of Systems,** you will manage high-impact projects that drive efficiency, automation, and digital transformation across our supply chain, warehousing, and transportation systems. This is a leadership role requiring cross-functional collaboration, people management, and the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.

You’ll work closely with internal departments, technical teams, and external vendors to ensure the successful delivery of business-critical IT and logistics projects in a fast-paced 3PL environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage cross-functional projects related to WMS/TMS implementations, system integrations, automation upgrades, and digital platforms.
- Work closely with operations, IT, and client services teams to define project scopes and translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Develop New Customer On Boarding Plans, including templates, Questionnaires, timelines and a project plan.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring resources are effectively allocated.
- Manage software rollouts, IT infrastructure changes, and enhancements to support warehouse and transportation operations.
- Coordinate with clients and vendors to manage integration via EDI, API, or other technologies.
- Identify project risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication, status reporting, and change management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support end-user training and documentation for newly implemented systems or tools.
- Lead post-implementation reviews to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Mentor, and guide project team members to ensure high performance, growth, and engagement. Develop a project management mindset into the organization.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across project teams.
- Perform other duties and tasks assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in logistics or a supply chain environment.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams, mentoring others, and driving team alignment and results.
- Familiarity with WMS/TMS systems, ERP platforms, and logistics technologies.
- Strong understanding of logistics workflows, inventory processes, and 3PL operations.
- Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent) is an asset.
- Proven track record managing IT projects such as software implementations and system integrations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in tools like MS Project, Jira, Trello, or Smartsheet.
- Experience working with logistics software such as Synapse (Made4Net), ShipStation, or TechShip.
- Solid understanding of data exchange standards such as EDI, XML, JSON.
- Comfortable working in high-volume, time-sensitive environments with shifting priorities.
