**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Operate tow trucks safely and efficiently to recover, transport, and deliver vehicles.
- Assist customers with vehicle recovery and provide professional customer service throughout interactions.
- Conduct routine inspections of tow truck equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance.
- Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor issues with tow trucks and related equipment.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all towing activities, including logs and reports.
- Assist with vehicle repairs or maintenance as needed, utilizing automotive repair skills when applicable.
- Manage the safe loading and unloading of vehicles, including those requiring specialized handling such as forklifts or other machinery.
- Follow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies during operations.

**Experience**
- Prior experience in commercial driving or operating heavy-duty vehicles is required.
- Mechanical knowledge related to automotive repair or equipment maintenance is highly desirable.
- Customer service experience is a plus, demonstrating professionalism and effective communication skills.
- Familiarity with forklift operation is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided if necessary.
- Clean criminal record check.
- Clean driver's abstract.

Pay: $29.00-$33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week
