- Earth Flower**_(Regina) is looking for a Cannabis Concierge to lead and inspire by taking a forward thinking approach to the retail experience. You will drive sales and create an environment that is engaging, educational and inspiring to customers and team members.

- Is knowledgeable of trends and supports brand messaging.
- Gains understanding of how merchant skills impact business and the customer experience.

- Supports new hires through mentorship.
- Is self-aware and focused on self-development.
- Collaborates with the team during morning and closing meeting.

**LEADERSHIP**
- Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills, strong assessment, and decision-making skills.
- Provides insight to Manager in relationship to the customer experience.
- Participates in ongoing staff education and through sharing of product knowledge.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- At least 2 years’ experience in a retail environment with experience in the cannabis industry considered an asset and cash-handling experience.
- Proven success in offering an exceptional customer experience
- A passion for our products and changing the way the worldview on cannabis
- A desire to have fun, laugh and support the customer and team member journey along the way
- You must be at least the minimum required legal age and be able to pass a police background check. Must be submitted before starting.
- CannaSell recommended or a willingness to obtain certification.
- Drivers License and vehicle is preferred as well
- Be flexible to accommodate evenings, and weekend shifts and working on short notice.

Position is part-time/on-call with opportunities for it to be a full-time position in the future.

**Salary**: $13.00-$16.00 per hour
