Hubspot Lead Generation Consultant

We are seeking an experienced HubSpot Consultant **based in the UK** to provide guidance and support directly to our clients for their HubSpot-related needs.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Responsibilities for this position would include:
- Conducting introductory Discovery Calls with clients to understand their goals and challenges.
- Assisting in the execution of strategic plans within HubSpot, including CRM tasks, campaign implementation, and basic automation setups.
- Contributing to the creation of customer journeys in HubSpot, focusing on various stages of campaigns and customer success initiatives.
- Supporting clients in aligning sales and marketing processes to enhance strategies.
Key Requirements:
- 1+ years of hands-on experience or training in HubSpot with a basic understanding of marketing automation principles.
- Lead generation experience is highly desired along with the ability to conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copywriting to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Must have proven experience driving campaign growth in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Ability to assist in project tasks, follow guidelines, and collaborate within a team.
- Attention to detail to support accurate execution of campaign elements.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute in an execution-focused capacity.
Desired Experience:
- Proficiency in other CRM platforms like Marketo, Eloqua, or similar systems will be advantageous.
- Prior experience engaging directly with clients to deliver marketing automation solutions is highly desirable.
- Experience within an agency environment is a plus, demonstrating exposure to varied client needs and project dynamics.
