**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Provide customer service.
- Daily administrative tracking for policy changes, cancellations, claims, payment tracking and other related tasks.
- Examine files or documents to obtain information and post or attach information to claim file.
- Review policy wordings to determine coverage.
- Maintain records, telephone logs, reports, and files.
- Ensuring claims are settled effectively, efficiently, and fairly.
- Resolving customer complaints.

**Compensation Details**:
At Mode Insurance Services Ltd., we value your time and dedication. We offer an hourly wage of $23-$30 per hour, with the added benefit of paid lunch breaks. Your full 8-hour workday is paid, ensuring you're compensated from the moment you arrive until your day ends. This comprehensive approach reflects our belief in rewarding hard work and making sure every moment you invest with us is valued. This hourly range of $23-30 per hour, based on a 40-hour workweek, is equivalent to an estimated salary of $47,840 - $62,400.

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE**:

- Insurance Agent Level 1 or 2 license.
- Outstanding mathematical, statistical, and problem-solving skills.
- Uses active listening and questioning skills to understand issues and needs.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Experience and ability to navigate a claims management system.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and to exercise discretion.
- The ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $47,840.00-$62,400.00 per year
