**Job Summary**
The Food Service Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the food service team, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.

**Duties**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff
- Train new employees on food preparation, customer service, and safety procedures
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food service operations, including cooking techniques and POS systems
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in interviewing and training staff is a plus
- Background in hotel, restaurant, or hospitality industry preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $27.75-$30.15 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
