The mission of the Digital Product Management Department is to identify, evaluate, and deliver digital product enhancements that drive customer and company value

THE OPPORTUNITY

As a member of the Digital Product Management Department, you will be a part of the team responsible for defining and delivering digital product enhancements, across key departments in the business, to ensure world-class experiences in every customer interaction. As the Digital Product Manager, you will develop product enhancements to successfully deliver solutions while leveraging agile methodologies and fostering an exciting, unified, and high-performing work environment.. You will collaborate with a variety of cross-functional partners, including Digital Experience, Technology, Analytics, User Research, and A/B Optimization to deliver customer and company value. THE ROLE

As the Digital Product Manager, you will:

- Contribute to a digital product strategy that enables unparalleled, world-class experiences through our digital sales channels.
- Evaluate product opportunities and determine what to deliver, when, to achieve our desired how much, developing product roadmaps that balance short-term business goals with long-term vision.
- Transform a prioritized product opportunity into an optimal solution, synthesizing opportunities, developing business requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional partners to launch enhancements.
- Assess product performance against KPI’s, sharing learnings and continuously identifying and planning future optimizations.
- Execute and improve the digital product enhancement lifecycle.
