**THE OPPORTUNITY**
Become a Vidir Hero at our Arborg, MANITOBA facility. Level up your career as a:
**Superintendent, Service Field Technician**The Superintendent, Field Technician, will lead the Installation Team to ensure the successful, on-site installation of Vidir Products.
They will be instrumental in developing processes for streamlining the installation process and identifying new ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the other Field Service Technicians.

**Responsibilities**

- Develop standard processes for the Installation Team which will allow them to consistently perform installations that meet Vidir’s safety and quality standards with zero-harm to the Customer.
- Develop and maintain the team’s adherence to Standard Operating Procedures, Field Service Technician Logical Progression Training Sheets and Safe Work Procedures.
- Develop a Training Package for each member of their Team and 3rd party Technicians. Follow up with Team performance as required.
- They will network with other departments to improve product design and documentation which will impact the success of the onsite installation.
- Work jointly with members of the Installation Team to resolve and mitigate issues with product and site found at installation.
- Manages Human Resource functions for their respective team.

**Qualifications**
- Customer Service Focus, Decision-making, Communication skills, leadership skills, Problem analysis and solving, Planning, and organizing, Mechanical aptitude, Linear thinking.
- 3 years of industrial machine installation experience
- Must be physically fit and agile, ability to lift up to 50 lbs. in a safe manner and use assisted options when possible.
- Certified and/or demonstrated competency in the operation of forklift, scissor lift, and cranes.
- Mechanically inclined and confident in use of hand and powered tools.
- **Ability to travel internationally without limitations.**
- **Must live within one hour of a major international airport**
- **Must hold a valid driver's license and passport and have the ability to travel throughout Canada and the U.S.**
- **Must be willing to travel on a semi-regular basis**
