Fintel Connect is an award-winning, fast-growing fintech company that is looking for a driven, dynamic, results-oriented leader to join our Publisher team.

**Who We're Looking For**:
We are looking for a driven Partnerships Manager to strategically lead our publisher department. You are the expert on identifying, engaging, and converting high quality affiliates to the Fintel Connect network. Ultimately you are responsible for leading the team to meet recruitment targets and maintaining an engaged network. In short you love connecting with new people, working out what makes them tick and providing solutions for them that are congruent with our own business objectives.

Critical to success in this role is the flexibility to pivot, backed by a deep understanding of affiliate partner business priorities to meet established revenue targets. Preferably you will have experience in a fast-paced environment so you can optimize processes and strategies to efficiently fill the funnel with high-quality, new affiliates. We are looking for someone who enjoys, and has experience, managing a team, with the preference to lead by example and develop a team behind them. This role will report to the Client Services Director and may have one or more direct reports.

**What You'll Get To Do**:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of Fintel Connect’s recruitment strategy and affiliate database maintenance, ensuring targets are being met and an excellent affiliate experience is consistently delivered
- Consistently close affiliate deals, with a focus on high impact partnerships
- Manage strategic partnerships
- Build and maintain a strong working relationship with affiliates at various levels
- Oversee the recruitment efforts of publisher team members, providing guidance and strategic support to enable them to consistently close affiliate deals
- Manage a team and facilitate department success through nurturing and upskilling individual team members to achieve personal goals
- Create & maintain processes; reference documentation and training tools to facilitate greater team efficiencies
- Find new and efficient ways to meet targets, including technology; new systems and structures; non-traditional affiliate opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to champion affiliate partner needs, timelines, and requirements, working closely with Operations, Sales, Marketing, Technology, and Customer Support teams
- Monitor and analyze statistics on a regular basis to report, maximize revenue, optimize campaigns and identify issues and opportunities.
- Create and manage monthly and quarterly reports to leadership

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A bachelor’s degree in business, administration/management, sales, marketing, communications, or a related field
- 5+ years of business development experience
- 2+ years team management experience
- Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced environment with specific examples on optimizing processes and team efficiencies
- Excellent customer relationship management skills and ability to develop strategic partnerships
- A natural leader with team management experience
- Strategic and creative thinking skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Strong negotiation, analytical, presentation and implementation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a results and goal-oriented organization
- Experience in performance or digital marketing an asset
