**SERVICE ASSOCIATE, COMMERCIAL INSURANCE**
Your attention to detail of policy reviews, invoicing and internal service focus are the keys to success in the role of _Service Associate, Commercial Insurance_. This non-client facing role is responsible for providing general support to the commercial lines teams with tasks such as, but not limited to reviewing and auditing policy documents for accuracy, invoicing premiums, handling internal instructions and organizing file documentation.
**LOCATION AND STATUS**
- Calgary, AB
- Full-time permanent
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- 2+ years of Commercial Insurance experience or a minimum of 2 - 5 years of Personal Insurance experience
- Alberta Level 1 License a requirement
- CIP or CAIB designation, or working towards is considered an asset

- Skilled user of the Microsoft Office Suite of products (Epic Knowledge an Asset)

- Flexible and adaptable with proven problem-solving skills
- Works well within a team and independently
- Enjoys mentoring and training junior Service Team members
