**Role Description**:
As a **Greenskeeper**, you will play an essential role in the maintenance and upkeep of our award-winning golf course. Reporting to the Assistant Superintendent, you will work alongside a dedicated team to ensure the course meets the highest standards of playability and aesthetics. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, value attention to detail, and thrive in an outdoor environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Raking and regular maintenance of bunkers.
- Mowing greens, tees, approaches, fairways, and rough areas.
- Operating small equipment, such as push mowers, string trimmers, and backpack blowers, etc.
- Performing daily course setup, including pin placement and tee marker alignment.
- Completing course clean-up tasks, such as leaf removal and debris management.
- Watering, fertilizing, and other turf care duties as assigned.
- Engaging in general handwork, including raking, shoveling, sweeping, sodding, etc.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Experience in turf care or landscaping is an asset but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to work collaboratively.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to work early mornings.
- Access to personal transportation (transit is not available for our early start times).
- Capability of occasional heavy lifting as required (up to 50 lbs).
**Hours of Work**:
- **Seasonal Positions**: Part-time and full-time roles are available starting mid-April to mid-May (weather dependent).
**Compensation**:
- $17.00 - $18.50 per hour (based on experience).
**Additional Benefits**:
