- Working a daytime schedule from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.;

As a Customer Service Clerk, the main duties will be:

- Answer phone calls;
- Take orders (no solicitation required);
- Provide information on products and services offered;
- Follow up on orders sent and orders to be received by tracking packages;
- Greeting with professionalism the people who show up.

The rare gem will be the person whose skills are the following:

- Ability to communicate with people;
- Ability to communicate in French and English, both orally and in writing;
- Good command of the Office Suite (especially Excel);
- Good work ethic and attention to detail.
