**Responsibilities for Dishwasher**:
Report to the Chef and Sous Chef
- Scrape, rinse, and load dishes and utensils into dish machine
- Unload dishes and utensils from dish machine and organize them properly
- Wash and sanitize all pots, sheet trays and pans.
- Properly stack cleaned china, glassware, silverware, cookware, pots, pans and storage containers.
- Changes water of machines and sinks every two hours, or more often as required by business levels.
- Maintain a clean work area and kitchen by sweeping and mopping as needed.
- Empty trash containers regularly.
- Sets up dish stations, including dish machines and sinks.
- Maintains clean / dry floors throughout the shift.
- Maintains trash cans throughout shift and removes full trashcans and boxes at the end of each shift.
- Assists in food prep and any other duties set forth or requested by the chef as needed.
- Assists in the storing of food deliveries.
- Perform additional cleaning duties as requested
**Qualifications for Dishwasher**:
High school diploma or general education
Restaurant or customer service experience preferred
Must be able to stand continuously throughout an 8-hour shift
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Comfortable bending, climbing, reaching, stooping, and moving quickly
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Working knowledge of sanitation procedures
Ability to read, write, and speak in English
Full-time and Part Time roles available
Schedule: Due to the nature of the industry, availability including day, evening and weekend work is required. Great flexibility offered to work around other job/school schedules if required.

Part-time hours: 25 per week
**Salary**: $15.50-$18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
COVID-19 considerations:
Following all current government regulations, regular sanitization of all common surfaces, portable sanitizing stations set up in all locations.
**Experience**:
