**Position Overview**: We are seeking motivated, enthusiastic and reliable individuals for a summer painting position. No previous experience is necessary as comprehensive training will be provided. This role is perfect for someone looking to learn a new skill and earn summer income.

**Expectations**:

- The best employees will be given crew chief roles(more money and responsibility)

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in preparing surfaces for painting.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Follow all health and safety regulations

**Requirements**:

- Motivated people
- Ability to work outdoors and stand for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- no experience required, it does help.

**Schedule**:

- 40-50 hours a week
- Monday-Friday (with the option to work weekends if interested)
