**Job Description**:
AECOM is seeking a Digital Solutions Training Lead for a full time position within our Enterprise Capabilities team. This will be a remote/virtual position that can be based from a variety of Canadian locations near an AECOM office.

+ Enterprise Capabilities (EC) organization is AECOM’s primary vehicle for workshare, operating across geographic boundaries and timezones.

+ EC Digital Delivery looks to position AECOM as an industry leader in the adoption of cutting-edge digital technologies by streamlining access to our Cornerstone tools, providing expert training and support, and demonstrating to internal stakeholders their value in up-levelling client engagements and enhancing project outcomes.

**Job Description**:
+ Designs and develops training materials and documentation for our Cornerstone tools; supports Digital Solutions for internal productivity improvements or external client requirements

+ Identifies opportunities to uplevel and update existing documentation and training programs, in order to keep resources current and relevant

+ Drives digital adoption by leading training sessions for internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring standardization of usage and outputs

+ Supports tool and project roll-out by establishing benchmarks and collaborating with fellow Training & Enablement stakeholders to deliver targeted training campaigns

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Requirements**:
+ BA/BS degree (Master’s preferred) plus at least 4 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education

**Preferred Qualifications**:
+ Familiarity with Sharepoint and knowledge of A/E/C tools from such vendors as Autodesk, Bentley, and Esri preferred

+ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
