**Job Type**: Permanent - Full Time

**Location**: Hillcrest Condo, 96 High Street N, Thunder Bay, ON

**Payment**: $ 20 to 24 per hour

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the preparation and cleanup of job sites.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Operate hand tools and power tools as directed.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (e.g., carpenters, framers) with their tasks.
- Perform basic labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and site organization.
- Follow safety protocols and keep a clean work environment.
- Aid in the assembly and disassembly of scaffolding, ladders, or temporary structures.

**Requirements**:

- No prior experience required (training provided).
- Ability to lift heavy materials.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Valid driver’s license (preferred but not required).
