**Clinic Description**

PolyCan Health Centre, 20,000sqft, is dedicated to providing excellent healthcare to the community of residents, students, faculty, staff of Simon Fraser University and those living and working on North Burnaby.

The City of Burnaby and the communities have access to multidisciplinary health services in Primary care, women’s health and man’s health, sports medicine, pain management, 3D ultrasound imaging, aesthetics medicine, rehabilitation including physiotherapy, registered massage therapy, acupuncture, and preventative care.

PolyCan Health Centre is currently partnership with SFU, UBC and Peking University, regarding using the facility for teaching and research.

**Clinic Highlights**

Group practice - GPs can mutually agree to cover each other’s patients so that you don’t have to find short-term locums

Flexibility - The clinic is open seven days a week with the opportunity to work from home for telehealth services.

Additional Procedures - Our aesthetic department is looking for doctors interested in the opportunity of providing other fillers and botox. We are also open to support preventive care, pain management, woman’s health, man’s health procedures that you may be interested in providing.

Administration - In addition to medical office assistants, we have an experienced management team so that you can focus on patient care.

IT & Internet Support - On site IT support engineer and high-speed internet WI-FI.

**Schedule Description**: Clinic Hours are Monday - Friday 8:00am - 7:00pm, Saturday 8:00am - 5:00pm and Sunday 8:00am - 12:00pm. Work hours and schedule are negotiable.

**Compensation**: Fee for service.

**Estimated Remuneration**: 80/20 split FTE, MSP or 75/25 split PTE/locum, and 50/50 for the third party insurances, ICBC, WCB, Extend health & Private pays, negotiable.

**Special offering**, No overhead, with vacation package (the value up of $3,000/annually) for the Family Physician who also be Chief medical officer, PolyCan health centre

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $158,071.70-$399,093.61 per year
