**Job Summary**

**Responsabilités**

Accueillez chaleureusement les clients et aidez-les à trouver des produits ou à répondre à leurs questions
Approvisionnez les étagères en vous assurant que les produits sont correctement organisés et étiquetés
Maintenez la propreté du magasin, y compris les allées, les présentoirs et les zones de caisse
Utilisez les caisses enregistreuses avec précision et gérez les transactions efficacement
Surveillez les niveaux de stock et informez la direction des articles en rupture de stock
Aidez à la réception des livraisons et au déballage des marchandises
Respectez les procédures de sécurité et les politiques du magasin en tout temps
Soutenez les membres de l'équipe dans l'accomplissement des tâches quotidiennes pour assurer le bon fonctionnement du magasin

**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with locating products or answering questions
- Stock shelves, ensuring products are properly organized and labeled
- Maintain cleanliness of the store, including aisles, displays, and checkout areas
- Operate cash registers accurately and handle transactions efficiently
- Monitor inventory levels and notify management of low stock items
- Assist with receiving deliveries and unpacking shipments
- Follow safety procedures and store policies at all times
- Support team members in completing daily tasks to ensure smooth store operations

**Qualifications**

Une expérience préalable dans la vente au détail ou le service client est un atout mais pas obligatoire
Excellentes compétences en communication et comportement amical
Capacité à rester debout pendant de longues périodes et à soulever jusqu'à 25 livres si nécessaire
Compétences de base en mathématiques pour gérer les transactions et les inventaires
Capacité à travailler efficacement dans un environnement au rythme soutenu
Flexibilité pour travailler sur des horaires variés, y compris les week-ends si nécessaire
Attitude positive et volonté d'apprendre de nouvelles compétences

**Qualifications**
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds as needed
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory counts
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends if necessary
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
