**Parts Manager - RV Dealership** Our busy Island Dealership is looking to hire an experienced Parts Manager. If you are driven to help people, passionate about customer service, and ready to lead a successful team then this is the opportunity for YOU As Parts Manager, our customers and your staff will look to you for guidance, leadership and expertise. **Responsibilities**: - Participate in operations/departmental planning - Monitor staffing attendance - Interview applicants for department - Schedule vacation and time off requests from parts staff - Problem solving with parts staff - Be available to attend to "in the moment" needs of your team - Ensure a respectful workplace for all staff - Create annual budgets - Reconcile daily parts invoices - Track the daily gross sales of parts department - Reconcile and report shortages and/or damage - Reconcile parts/warranty return reports - Provide on-the-job training for parts department staff - Compile and analyze monthly management reports - Maintain tight control over parts inventory - Ensure the quality of customer service provided by parts department - Coordinate parts marketing - Calculate and submit monthly obsolescence reports - Hold weekly department meetings - Attend weekly manager meetings **Education and/or Experience** High School diploma and five years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience **Certificates, Licenses, Registrations** Operator Driver's License (must be insurable) **Compensation** - $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 annually **Benefits** - Great West Life Coverage - Catered Friday Lunch, Langley - Annual Mexico Trip - RRSP Matching **About Us** Traveland RV Supercentres are here to provide you with quality and professional service from a dedicated team that will help make your RV and Motor Home experience a lifetime of enjoyment.
