Warehouse Shipper

Capital Foodservice is looking for Warehouse Shippers to join our great team on the evening shift We are an independent food service provider in the Maritimes, operating out of Moncton, NB. To be successful in this role you must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, have great attention to detail, and are interested in learning and growing. Schedule is Sunday through Thursday, starting at 4:00 PM. Starting wage is $16.90 per hour, plus a $.50 per hour shift premium, plus a performance based incentive program We are Unionized, increases will be in accordance with the Collective Agreement.

Job Responsibilities
- Assemble products for shipping according to order, ensuring the safety of the products during shipping, and that labels are appropriately attached
- Support accurate inventory counts through proper scanning techniques
- Efficient and accurate order selection of product weighing up to 50lbs, at a rate of 100 pieces per hour
- Experience using Scan Pick Technology is an asset
- Forklift and/or end rider experience an asset
- Flexibility to select product in retail, dry, cooler and/or freezer
- Displays confidence to solve problems and represents the company well
- Applies excellent communication skills to forge professional working relationships
- Demonstrates a high degree of attention to detail
- Other duties as required

Hourly wage is $16.90/hour, plus a $0.50/hour Night Shift Premium. We also offer a performance based incentive plan.
