Ecommerce Operations Specialist

We are a manufacturer and distributor of niche automotive parts in North America through different trademarked brands that we own.

Our ecommerce department looks after sales and distribution channels on online marketplaces such as Amazon and eBay as well as own webshop.

We are looking for a talented individual who has experience with Amazon Seller Central as well as eBay Selling Manager to join our team and take full ownership of order fulfilment, inventory management and customer service full life cycles.

**What will you be doing**:

- Own full order life cycle from order creation, pick, pack, shipment, and delivery.
- Ownership of inventory management including inbound inventory, allocation within local warehouse, Amazon warehouse and FBA, outgoing inventory to individual orders as well as bulk shipments to FBA warehouses and resellers.
- Keep update with current and new products as to fitment, compatibility, and options offered.
- Own our excellent performance metrics on all marketplaces and digital channels

**What you need to excel in the job**:

- Minimum ecommerce experience of 2 years, working with Amazon Seller Central, eBay Selling Manager, and Shopify
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specially very good knowledge of Excel.
- Detail orientation and ability to work in fast paced to meet daily time thresholds.
- Exposure to order fulfilment and warehouse management would be helpful
- Automotive knowledge or interest would be considered and asset.

Monday to Friday 9AM to 5PM
Sundays 9AM to 12 Noon
Half time of some holidays with arrangement to meet order fulfilment performance metrics
