In compliance with health and safety regulations, the Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for the cleanliness and disinfection of residents' apartments, as well as various duties related to their duties in the residence's common areas. Manoir Les Générations is a 349-apartment residence that offers a high-quality, safe, and deeply caring living environment to its residents and employees. We are currently seeking a Housekeeping Attendant who is committed to the health of our residents. More specifically, your daily routine with us will include: Maintaining the rooms and boarding facilities and taking care of the laundry. This position is available Monday to Sunday every other week. From 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. 52.5 hours every other week.

More specifically, the responsibilities are:

- Sweeping and washing floors, dusting furniture, window sills, mirrors, and other areas prone to dust accumulation
- Cleaning resident bathrooms and toilets
- Disinfecting handrails (ramps), access buttons, and frequently used door handles
- Washing windows a few times a year
- Responding to emergencies such as: overflowing toilets, slippery surfaces, soiled areas, etc.
- Ensuring that the cleaning product storage area and work cart are clean, secure, and locked at all times
- Taking inventory of products and promptly notifying the maintenance manager of items to be ordered
- At all times, comply with the rules of Safety, intervene, or inform their manager if elements appear to violate WHMIS standards
- Perform any other tasks related to their duties and at the request of their immediate supervisor.

**ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- All other related tasks
- Cleaning and performing floor maintenance duties in the common areas
- Cleaning and performing maintenance duties
- Maintain and clean the premises
- Maintenance and cleaning of the lobby and corridors
- Sweep and clean the floors of the corridors, common areas and workstations of the building

**EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Good team player
- Good sense of interpersonal communication
- 1 year of relevant experience will be considered an important asset
