**Required Education and Experience**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferred
- 1-3 years logistics industry experience, required
- 2-4 years of experience in a supervisory or management role, required
- Experience with P&L management, objective setting and project management, required

What you will do:

- Provide exceptional leadership, mentoring and coaching to teal leaders and team members by leading and facilitating meetings and providing feedback
- Working closely with Human Resources to identify education, training and development needs relating to performance, career path and succession planning
- Foster a positive work environment that aligns to our organizational culture and values and participate in culture initiatives that sustain our designed corporate behaviours
- Conduct daily operations debriefs for Management and Supervisors to ensure warehousing activities are being executed according to plan and identify solutions where problems or gaps may exist
- Evaluate, monitor, and verify operational performance and address issues in a proactive manner (ie. system maintenance, product management, and operational issues)
- Ensure work instructions and/or processes are effectively developed, managed and evolve with changing business needs, through involvement of team members
- Lead continuous improvement and identify new initiatives, and monitor their execution to ensure deadlines are met
- Provide General Manager with reports and updates on operational activity; partner with other operations managers to optimize labour, consistency of operations, and balancing on time performance.
- Drive a safety culture by collaborating with the team members in the development and maintenance of safety programs to ensure compliance is achieved in all areas including: health and safety, food safety, HACCP and accident/injury reporting
- Champion exceptional customer service and ensure obligations are met in regards to inbound and outbound deliveries, on-time arrivals and quality standards
