Park’N Fly is Canada’s leading airport parking provider offering a unique package of timesaving conveniences for all types of travelers. The part-time Sales & Marketing Customer Service Associate position will interest anyone looking for a flexible part-time position within the travel industry. This role is instrumental in responding to customer inquiries relating to the reservation process or loyalty program.

Working in a supportive team environment, this position is directly responsible for:

- Tracking inquiries and logging tickets
- Other related duties may include conducting background sales research, liaising between field sales representatives and internal operations personnel, and assisting sales and marketing personnel on projects and assignments

Skills & Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years experience in a sales support or marketing role
- An undergraduate degree or college diploma
- Excellent verbal communication and professional English writing skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite including Excel, Word, Outlook
- Organized with attention to detail
- An ability to prioritize and react quickly to a busy, changing environment
- Must have ability to travel within Canada by air

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 32 per week

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- English not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
