Nutrition International’s Corporate Services (CS) unit is a dedicated team of Finance and Administrative experts with extensive global experience. The unit leads on providing global Accounting, Finance, Budget, and Compliance, Contracting and Procurement, Facilities management, and Information Management and Information Technology (IM/IT).

**About you**

You are someone with a bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field. You have proven experience in managing HRIS using Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations and a strong understanding of HR processes and best practices. You have a strong proficiency in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 HR modules and experience with data migration and integration projects. You are experienced in creating middleware for system integration and have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.

Other Specific Skill Requirements:

- JavaScript and TypeScript: Core for client-side customization.
- HTML and CSS: For styling and structuring UI components.
- PowerApps and Power Automate: For low-code/no-code customizations and integrations.
- Bootstrap / jQuery (optional): For enhancing frontend UI functionality.
- X++: Understanding backend interactions with frontend components.
- Liquid: For web portal customizations.
- API Management: Using SOAP and REST

Fluency in English is required.

**About the role**

The Dynamics 365 F&O technical will support the management and troubleshooting of our Human Resource Information System (HRIS) using Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, support the development of a middleware platform for integration between various systems in the NI Ecosystem, and build reports and web interfaces to enhance user experience. This role is crucial for ensuring stability, seamless integration, and operation of our systems to enhance user experience and our digital transformation initiatives.

In this role you will:
Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
- Work closely with the Senior Solution Architect to implement changes required in the Dynamics 365 platform.
- Troubleshoot, Manage, and maintain the HRIS using Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, ensuring its optimal performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their HRIS needs and provide technical solutions to meet those requirements.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for HRIS-related issues, ensuring timely resolution to minimize downtime.
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 F&O to meet specific HR business requirements, leveraging X++ development, extensions, power platform, and other tools.
- Oversee system testing to ensure that all customizations and configurations meet functional and technical specifications, performing detailed QA processes to ensure smooth system functionality.

Data and Systems Integration
- Support in the Creation of a middleware for integration between HRIS, NetSuite ERP, NetSuite NSPB, Agiloft CLM, and other core systems in place.
- Improve the integration between Dynamics 365 F&O (HRIS) and Dynamics 365 CRM (ATS).
- Maintain the API documentation and support testing the integrations and the integration points.
- Support data migration initiatives by proposing effective strategies.

Reporting and UI/UX
- Build reports and web interfaces to enhance user experience and provide actionable insights. Leverage PowerBI and PowerAutomate when required.
- Improve and simplify the user experience at the system level itself using a web interface or leveraging the power platform stack.
- Improve the UI/UX experience of the NI ATS on Dynamics 365 and HRIS on Dynamics 365.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Train and support end-users on the effective use of the HRIS including creating user guides and conducting training sessions.
